When shipping within the Netherlands the shipping starts from € 6.95 at parcel post. When shipping to other countries worldwide, the shipping costs depend on the destination. If your country is missing in our shipping options, please contact us to add your county to our list.
Our entire collection is completely handmade. To give you the opportunity to put together your own unique furniture, we keep a maximum delivery time of 10 working days. Is it an order for a birthday or a special occasion? Send us an email: firstname.lastname@example.org.
Looking for the dolls that we use in our photos? These are called Sonny angels. These are Japanese lucky dolls. We sell these dolls in our webshop. You will find them on the page: Sonny Angels
ATTENTION: the heads of these dolls can go loose, so we do not recommend these dolls to children under the age of three.
Because of the height and weight of our dollhouses we are not able to ship them outside The Netherlands. Our dollhouses are completly handmade and we can not guarentee that they will arrive safely. We are working on dollhouse kits for our international customers. Till this time we have made the decision not shipping the dollhouses outside The Netherlands.
It is no problem to return your order. You can return your order, by sending it to the address below. The costs for returning are for your own account. After we have received the return, you will receive the money back to your account within 21 days or the invoice will be adjusted if you still have to pay.
